Duties

  • Provide strategic legal advice on complex M&A transactions.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong understanding of M&A transaction structures, including due diligence, negotiations, and post-closing matters.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Education

Certifications

  • Admission to the State Bar (preferably Illinois).
