Responsibilities:


  • Drafting and negotiating complex retail / shopping center leases.

  • Drafting and negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements for retail and other real estate.

  • Drafting complex real estate documents, including easements and restrictive covenants.

  • Advising clients on strategy on leasing, acquisition and real estate litigation matters.

  • Managing a team of attorneys and paralegals.

  • Supervising junior attorneys.

  • Researching and analyzing real estate law and related issues.
