Real Estate Shareholder/Partner

Law firm is seeking a highly qualified Real Estate Shareholder/Partner with 15+ years of experience in real estate law. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level or senior attorney to join a prestigious law firm and take on a leadership role.


Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate law.


• Well-developed legal and client management skills.


• Excellent drafting skills.


• Portable business is a requirement.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating complex retail / shopping center leases.


• Drafting and negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements for retail and other real estate.


• Drafting complex real estate documents, including easements and restrictive covenants.


• Advising clients on strategy on leasing, acquisition and real estate litigation matters.


• Managing a team of attorneys and paralegals.


• Supervising junior attorneys.


• Researching and analyzing real estate law and related issues.

The successful candidate will be required to manage a team of attorneys and paralegals, supervise junior attorneys, and advise clients on strategy on leasing, acquisition and real estate litigation matters. The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate must have excellent drafting skills and possess the ability to negotiate complex retail / shopping center leases and purchase and sale agreements for retail and other real estate. They must also be able to draft complex real estate documents, including easements and restrictive covenants.
