- Managing a broad range of capital markets transactions in the area of structured finance/securitization
- Representing major financial institutions from the perspective of an agent or trustee

- Communicating with clients and transaction counterparties
- Supporting the practice as needed

Salary Range: $235,000 - $260,000
Position Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in a law firm setting
- Admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in good standing
- Sincere interest in career development and welcomes feedback
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
