Litigation (Construction) Associate - Law Firm Law Firm is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of construction litigation experience for its Construction Department in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA. Qualifications: • 4-6 years of construction litigation experience • Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience • Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills • Prior experience in construction, engineering, or architecture is preferred • Excellent analytical skills and be detail-oriented, highly organized • Solid work ethic • Experience with insurance defense processes is considered a plus • Strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school • Currently licensed to practice law in California Salary and Benefits: • Salary range: $140,000 -$165,000 annually • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus • Health insurance with optional HSA/FSA • Short term disability • Long term disability • Dental Insurance • Vision Care • Life Insurance • 401K • Vacation • Sick time • Parking/public transportation allowance • Employee assistance program Application: .
