The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in construction or real property litigation. Prior experience conducting and defending depositions, drafting discovery and dispositive motions is required. The candidate should have excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Applicants must have a valid law license in the state of Florida or Tennessee.

The position requires managing a file from intake to trial/arbitration independently with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong academic credentials.
