Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in labor and employment law matters, including litigation and negotiations
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on complex legal issues
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with a diverse team of attorneys and professionals to build innovative solutions for clients' toughest challenges

Qualifications:
- 3-8 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Excellent academic credentials
- Significant litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
