Heading 2: Job Summary

Law Firm is seeking an associate with 4-7 years of experience for our project finance and infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Negotiating concession agreements, long-term lease agreements, comprehensive agreements and similar agreements in the PPP space as well as related design, construction, interface, operations and maintenance agreements.

• Negotiating secured financings including credit agreements, pledge agreements, security agreements, collateral agency agreements.

• Bond experience including negotiating indentures, bond purchase agreements and drafting disclosure documents.

Classes of 2017-2020 are preferred, but all levels are welcome to apply.

Heading 2: Compensation and Benefits

The annual compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include the following:
