Law Firm is looking for a junior-to-mid-level (2nd to 4th year) associate to join its premier and globally recognized Digital Assets and Data Management Practice Group, Healthcare Privacy and Compliance team. The position is available in multiple offices throughout the US, including Chicago, Dallas, Denver and Houston.

Qualifications:
•Privacy and cybersecurity experience or litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity.
•An understanding of healthcare operations and knowledge of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.
•AmLaw 200 firm experience or experience with a boutique firm that specializes in healthcare law or data privacy related issues. Post-law school graduation experience working with regulators or as a federal judicial clerk is a plus.

•Project management skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues.
•Outstanding writing and oral communication skills.
•Motivation to learn and understand technology and forensic findings, effectively discuss those issues with technically skilled individuals, and distill findings for clients without technology experience.
