Frost Law is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to join our team in Annapolis, Maryland. As a Bankruptcy Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in our firm's Bankruptcy and Collections Practice. We are looking for a candidate who is licensed in Maryland, with additional licenses in Virginia and the District of Columbia being a big plus. The ideal candidate should have outstanding research, drafting, and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background. Additionally, the ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing documents for filing bankruptcy cases
- Drafting bankruptcy motions related to case needs
- Reviewing bankruptcy petitions, schedules, applications, and plans
- Reviewing and preparing collection cases for District and Circuit Courts
- Filing petitions and motions in various bankruptcy courts
- Communicating extensively with clients, creditors, and court staff
- Providing support for our growing practice
