Law firm Ulmer & Berne LLP is seeking two product liability lawyers at the mid-senior associate level in their Chicago office and other offices.
- One position available in Chicago office and one in other offices
- Full-service AV-rated regional law firm established in 1908
- Offices in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Chicago, New York, Washington ., and Boca Raton
- Seeking candidates with excellent academic credentials, communication skills, and interest and experience in products liability defense work
- Experience with medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturer clients and complex multi-district matters preferred
- Former trial level clerkships and scientific background a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing litigator required
- Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
- Must thrive in a team-oriented environment and possess exceptional research, writing, and communication skills
