Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As an Associate Attorney with our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including:

- Consulting with employers, adjusters, and attorneys on Medicare issues related to workers' compensation cases and defense litigation.
- Educating clients on proper handling of Medicare set-asides.
- Providing guidance to our attorneys on best practices and strategies for achieving desired case resolutions, including the use of structured settlements.
- Performing conditional payment searches.
- Preparing Medicare submissions for set-aside approval.
- Drafting Medicare language for settlement documents.
