Responsibilities

Represent employers in labor relations matters, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns and similar experience.
Provide advice and counsel to employers regarding labor relations issues.
Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.
Assist with all aspects of labor and employment law litigation.
Provide excellent written and analytical work and contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
Participate in and actively contribute to client meetings and strategy sessions.
Actively participate in local and national bar associations and other professional organizations.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of their residence. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
5+ years of labor law experience, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns and similar experience.
Excellent written and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong client service orientation.
Excellent academic record preferred.
