The law firm of Manning Kass is currently seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join their Real Estate and Professional Liability Teams in Los Angeles. This is a Partial Hybrid opportunity with 1-2 days per week in the office and the rest of the week working remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience and prior case handling and deposition experience.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies through all stages of litigation.
• Proactively communicate with clients, providing liability and damages analyses.
• Represent clients at litigation proceedings, including hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.
• Opportunity to try cases and learn from the firm's ABOTA trial attorneys.

Requirements:

• . from an accredited law school.
• Good standing with the California State Bar.
• 2+ years of civil/general litigation experience. Trial experience is a plus!
• 1+ years experience with real estate claims and the discovery process.
• Strong research, analysis, deposition, and case handling abilities.

Salary and Benefits:
