In this role, you will provide administrative support to attorneys in the Education Practice Group, including managing multiple projects and priorities, coordinating schedules, and processing new client/matter intake. You will also be responsible for general administrative tasks such as maintaining attorney contacts and tracking CLE requirements, as well as supporting the team with software and workflow management.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of legal experience with a heavy focus on Education law. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is required, and previous transcription experience is preferred. A minimum typing speed of 60 wpm is also required.
