Department: Private Client Services Location: Any Shutts office, with time spent in Miami office as needed Position Summary Shutts & Bowen is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate or Partner to join its Private Client Services Practice Group. While the candidate can be based out of any Shutts location, they must be willing to spend time in the Miami office. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience in estate planning, estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration, and other related services for individuals, charitable organizations, foundations, and corporate fiduciaries such as banks and trust companies. International estate planning experience is a plus. The attorney will work closely with a Partner who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates. A LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred, but not required. The candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to become one.
