Job Duties:

  • Stay updated on developments in environmental law and advise clients accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of prior work experience in environmental law.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations, policies, and enforcement mechanisms.
  • Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Current license to practice law in New York or eligibility for admission to the New York Bar.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
