Staff Attorney in Entertainment/Technology Transactional Law

Frost Brown Todd, a full-service AM Law 200 firm, is looking for a staff attorney with a minimum of three years of corporate transactional experience to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in the entertainment field and drafting, revising, reviewing and negotiating a variety of vendor and/or entertainment transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, revise, review and negotiate software and services agreements, consulting, music production, etc.


• Provide legal advice to clients on a variety of entertainment-related transactions.


• Keep up with changes in the entertainment industry and the corresponding legal implications.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of corporate transactional experience.


• Good academic record.


• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
