Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in public and private equity offerings
- Day-to-day counseling of public companies on corporate governance matters
- Impeccable written, verbal, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Enthusiasm and success in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Can-do attitude and self-starter mindset
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions
- Engaging directly with clients, leading projects, and providing exceptional client service

Attractive Compensation:
- Base salary range of $230,000 - $265,000 (not including bonuses and other opportunities)
