It's a small complaint, but there seems to be a focus on making sure clients who have been with the firm for a long time are taken care of first before some new clients.
Before I started working for the firm, I knew that it had a great reputation among a lot of clients that dealt with corporate cases, etc. But working for the firm as taught me that the reputation was earned not only through top quality work, but also investing in the relationship with clients. That is one of the things I love about working at the company. I have gotten to know a lot of our clients and made a lot of friends with people outside of our industry. The firm values the work we do, but we also value the history we have clients since it is important for the success of the firm.
Because the firm has a lot of focus on making sure our clients are beyond happy with our work, we do tend to put a lot of extra hours into our work days. But the financial rewards make it more than worth it.
