Heading : Lateral Associate – Class Action Litigation (SF)

GIBSON DUNN & CRUTCHER LLP is looking for an associate to join their Class Action Litigation team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in and/or prior exposure to state/federal class action practice in addition to commercial litigation experience. Candidates with experiences across the class action and litigation spectrum are welcome to apply.

The annual salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $420,000. Benefits include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications:

• Law school class years 2017 through 2021
• Strong interest in and/or prior exposure to state/federal class action practice in addition to commercial litigation experience
• District court or appellate court clerkship experience (preferred)
• Ability to research and draft motions and briefs, participate in all aspects of discovery, and case/client management
