Beveridge & Diamond, . is seeking a candidate with three to five years of experience to join their Baltimore office as an Environmental Associate. The ideal candidate should have substantive experience handling matters arising under major federal and Maryland environmental regulatory programs, with Maryland state government experience a plus.

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

* . from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
* Status as an active member of the Maryland bar, or status as an active member in good standing of the bar in at least one state or the District of Columbia, and the ability to become admitted to the Maryland bar.
* Experience with, or demonstrated interest in major Maryland and/or federal environmental statutes.
* Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral communication skills.
* Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to work well under deadlines, and ability to assume significant client responsibilities.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

## Compensation

In accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions in which this position may be filled, the base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $230,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation for this position may also include a discretionary annual bonus and an hours-based bonus.
