Law Firm Seeks Labor and Employment Associate for Workplace Class Action Practice

Duane Morris LLP, a top law firm with offices on the East Coast, is seeking a highly motivated mid-level associate to join its Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration practice group. This exciting opportunity involves supporting the firm's workplace class action practice and requires a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in complex employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on defending wage and hour class and collective action lawsuits and will be skilled in conducting witness interviews and depositions. Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in complex employment litigation
