Key Responsibilities:

- Provide patent prosecution services to clients in various industries
- Draft and prosecute patent applications
- Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate searches
- Analyze and interpret patent laws, regulations, and court decisions
- Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to develop and implement patent strategies

Qualifications:

- Minimum of one year of prosecution experience
- Degree in physics, computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field
