Law Firm Seeking Trial Attorney for Personal Injury Premises Litigation in Irvine, California

Overview:

- We are looking for a Trial Attorney to join our expanding practice in Irvine, California
- The successful candidate will handle premises liability accident cases, including trial prep, depositions, settlements, and in-court trials

Responsibilities:

- Manage premises liability cases in litigation in and around the Los Angeles, Irvine, and Orange County areas
- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
- Guide plaintiff clients through the case process and interact with expert witnesses
- Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs

Qualifications:

- Law degree from an ABA accredited law school and active membership with the California Bar Association
- 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience, preferably in premises liability or motor vehicle accidents
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases and take them to trial
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter with long-term career goals and strong writing and oral advocacy skills

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range of $75,000-$100,000 USD
- Full benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays
