Job Title: Business Law Associate

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in transactional law

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Phoenix, Arizona

Responsibilities:

- Drafting documents related to mergers and acquisitions
- Conducting due diligence for transactions
- Collaborating with lawyers and non-lawyers both inside and outside the firm
- Managing and organizing transaction files
- Researching and analyzing legal issues

Requirements:

- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills
- Experience in drafting transactional documents and conducting due diligence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Admission to the state bar in either Wisconsin or Arizona
