Position Overview:

As a Litigation Paralegal at our law firm, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys in all areas of client representation. This will include drafting legal documents, managing court filings, and preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures and a proficiency in e-filing systems. This is a full-time position located in our Washington, . office.

Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Manage document production and organization
- Prepare for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- E-file documents in state and federal courts
- Record billable time accurately
- Utilize software such as Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, Logikcull, and Relativity
- Prioritize assignments and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in Government Enforcement & Investigations
- Knowledge of court rules and e-filing procedures
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, Logikcull, and Relativity
- Experience recording billable time
- Authorization to work in the United States
