Litigation associate with 1-4 years’ experience to join our Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, or Boston office. The position will have a primary focus on litigation in state and federal court, False Claims Act litigation, and healthcare fraud and abuse enforcement actions and investigations.

Qualification and Experience The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials and superior writing, advocacy and communication skills, a strong interest in health law and policy, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively with attorneys across different offices.
