Duties

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and participating in court proceedings.
• Provide counsel on business and employment law matters, including compliance and contract drafting.
• Assist clients with real estate transactions, including negotiations, contracts, and due diligence.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other documents to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver effective, tailored legal solutions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated academic achievement, with a preference for candidates ranking in the top 30% of their class.
• Strong legal writing and research skills, with attention to detail.
• Commitment to professionalism and ethical practice in all client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Successful completion of the bar exam and active membership in the relevant State Bar.
