- Work on commercial loan workouts and transactions.
- Provide legal advice on creditors' rights.
- Draft and review commercial loan documentation.
- Conduct research on lending laws and regulations.
- Interact with clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Write and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Use analytical skills to solve problems.
- Generate business for the firm.
- First chair projects and take on significant responsibility for clients.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years experience in bankruptcy law.
- Knowledge of complex Chapter 11 and reorganization cases.
- Experience with commercial loan workouts and transactions.
- Familiarity with creditors' rights and lending laws/regulations.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Business generation skills.
- First chairing experience and ability to handle significant responsibility.
- Law degree and license to practice law.
