Law Firm is seeking a Trusts and Estates Associate

Law Firm is seeking an experienced trusts and estates attorney to join their Santa Barbara office. The ideal candidate will have 2-9 years of significant experience in the area of trusts and estates and must be a member of the California State Bar. in Taxation or other significant tax background is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Draft revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills and other estate planning documents
- Work on post-death trust administrations, probates, and conservatorships
- Communicate with clients, courts, and other attorneys

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range is $115,000 – $225,000, depending on experience and qualifications
- Associate bonus program
