Law Firm is currently recruiting a talented and experienced Associate for its Restructuring & Special Situations Practice in its New York office.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in financial restructuring and join the 3rd to 4th year associate class.

The Restructuring & Special Situations Practice at Law Firm represents corporations, banks, creditors’ committees, hedge funds, sponsors, and other financial institutions on a wide range of domestic and international workouts, restructurings and in-court bankruptcy proceedings.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
