Duties:

  • Prepare and review business contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Offer legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of business law topics.
  • Conduct legal research and present findings to senior attorneys.
  • Draft and review litigation documents related to business disputes, bankruptcy, and business litigation.
  • Actively participate in client meetings and provide strategic legal counsel.
  • Maintain a professional, client-focused approach while managing caseloads.

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of experience in business law, with a strong interest in developing expertise across multiple business law disciplines.
