Position Overview:
- Day Pitney is seeking a Corporate Associate with a minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated corporate and transactional experience to join our growing team.
- Ideal candidates will have strong transactional experience including due diligence, legal research, document drafting and negotiation in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and corporate governance matters.
- Candidates must be comfortable working directly with clients and managing substantial components of a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
- Corporate and transactional experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries is a plus, but not required.
- The position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented and sophisticated work environment.
- Day Pitney offers a hybrid in-office / remote work schedule to provide our attorneys greater flexibility.
