The average base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $105,000, with salary determinations based on various factors such as relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.

H2: Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Assign, distribute, coordinate, and supervise the work activities of subordinate staff
- Lead, coach, and mentor work groups, and coordinate training and development
- Perform complex legal administrative support for managing attorney and on day to day operational matters
- Participate in special projects and prepare management reports
- Coordinate and administer office technical support as needed

This position reports to a Manager or above.

H2: Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

- Ability to effectively lead, coach, and mentor legal support staff
- In-depth understanding of legal terminology, practices, and knowledge of the organization and insurance industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other business-related software systems
- Ability to set direction, drive results, and stay informed on industry trends
- Utilize metrics and technology resources to analyze information
- Build a competitive organization by attracting, managing, developing, and retaining talent
- Provide superior solutions to internal and/or external customers
- Act with a sense of urgency and collaborate effectively with others
- Think creatively and use diverse ideas to solve problems
- Continuously learn and broaden industry and technical skills

- Bachelor's degree with paralegal certification or equivalent
- Minimum four years of related experience
