**Members Only**, a top-rated law firm in California, is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to handle general liability cases and complex liability matters for a fast-paced and highly respected law firm.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and representing clients in litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including auto, premises liability, and construction defect, and collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials. We are looking for a self-motivated and hard-working candidate with solid experience in all aspects of litigation, including investigation, research, analysis, discovery, and motions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and represent clients in litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on legal matters.

Qualifications:

Active membership in the California State Bar.
6+ years of experience in relevant legal experience.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:
