### Qualifications and Experience

* At least three to five years of experience in IPOs, advising underwriters and issuers in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions and counseling public and private companies on SEC reporting, financings, and general corporate matters
* Experience with company formation, private company equity & debt financing, and . securities law is a plus
* Strong achievement drive, strong academic credentials and client management skills
* Relevant law firm experience from AmLaw 50 firm is preferred
* Must be admitted to practice and be in good standing in New York

### Salary

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $250,000 and a maximum of $345,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
