Responsibilities:

- Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases on a daily basis
- Draft and file necessary legal documents
- Communicate and guide plaintiff clients through the case process
- Work with expert witnesses and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of the State Bar Association in good standing (GA required)
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury/premises liability experience
- Ability to manage high volume of cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Strong writing and oral advocacy abilities
