The candidate should have experience in dealing with Federal Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Department of Homeland Security; specifically, appearing for Master Calendar Hearings and Hearings on Merits, attending . interviews, and writing briefs on immigration-related matters. Must be admitted to practice in any state or . territory (NY State preferred). Should be fluent in both Spanish and English.
