# Banking Litigation Staff Attorney

Duane Morris LLP is currently seeking a full-time staff litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience in the legal field. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as drafting motions, discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing at court hearings. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience with Articles 3 and 4 of the UCC, EFTA, FCRA, FDCPA, UDAAP, TILA, RESPA, and other consumer protection statutes. This position is available in our NY, FL, NJ or PA offices and requires bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.

## Salary & Benefits
The target annual pay range for this role is $135,000-$150,000. Actual pay may vary depending on experience, skill-set, current business needs, and market factors. In addition to a competitive salary, Duane Morris offers a comprehensive benefits package, including discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs. This is a non-partnership track position.
