Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex finance transactions in a first-chair capacity.
- Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements and related loan documents.
- Conduct thorough due diligence for finance-related matters.
- Represent both lender and borrower sides in financial transactions.
- Provide legal advice and guidance on finance-related issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the firm's finance practice.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards.
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high responsiveness.
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- 6-15 years of significant experience in finance matters.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transactions in a first-chair capacity.

Education:
