Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full-service law firm with 285 attorneys in 16 offices across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is looking for IP Attorneys with at least two years of experience to join the firm’s growing and sophisticated Intellectual Property practice.

##Work Locations

The positions are available in Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse, NY. Hybrid Work Arrangement is also possible.

##Qualifications

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills, with at least two years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Preference will be given to those with experience in intellectual property litigation and/or trademark prosecution and enforcement.

Candidates must possess an undergraduate or advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or mechanical engineering. USPTO registration is required.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
