We are looking for someone with 4-6 years of experience and a strong background in drug and medical device regulatory compliance, specifically current good manufacturing practice (CGMP) matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior industry experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a scientific background in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, or microbiology. Experience at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is a plus. As a Health Care Associate at Alston & Bird, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of regulatory compliance issues related to the health care industry. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients on various FDA regulations and compliance matters. This includes, but is not limited to, drug and medical device development, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing. You will also have the opportunity to work with clients on regulatory inspections and enforcement actions by the FDA. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
