## Qualifications
Candidates should have strong privacy, cybersecurity and/or technology company experience, and ideally have worked in a broad range of regulatory, technology and compliance counseling, government investigations, and related litigation matters. Experience with Federal Trade Commission consumer protection-related regulatory matters is also desirable. Candidates to have three to seven years of substantive experience at a leading law firm and strong academic credentials.

## Compensation
The annual compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $435,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
