# Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Data Innovation (NY) ## Overview Gibson Dunn is seeking talented associates with experience in privacy, cybersecurity, and data innovation to join its practice group. Chambers USA 2020 recognized Gibson Dunn for Privacy & Data Security nationwide, highlighting the firm’s “highly regarded privacy and cybersecurity offering.” Our team is sought after and growing, and represents leading global platforms and disruptive technology companies on their most critical regulatory, litigation, product and business strategies and disputes. ## Qualifications Candidates should have strong privacy, cybersecurity and/or technology company experience, and ideally have worked in a broad range of regulatory, technology and compliance counseling, government investigations, and related litigation matters. Experience with Federal Trade Commission consumer protection-related regulatory matters is also desirable. Candidates to have three to seven years of substantive experience at a leading law firm and strong academic credentials. ## Compensation The annual compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $435,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
