Seeking PART-TIME CALIFORNIA LICENSED REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY to WORK AT HOME for approximately 15 -20 hours/week with reasonable flexiibility but subject to pending deadlines and extra hours as may be required.

• Must be located within Pacific Time Zone.
• Independent Contractor Status.
• Ideal candidate will have:
  • 5+ years' experience in California civil law (Preferably general real estate and eviction law) including law and motion, discovery process, taking/defending depositions, preparation and support with mediation, arbitration, and trial process. (Second chair experience a plus).
  • Exceptional writing skills;
  • Experience in preparation of legal documents such as demand letters, briefs, pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, etc. and
  • Be proficient with Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, and on-line legal research (CEB/Westlaw).
