Law Firm is Seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Law Firm, a leading law firm with offices located in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, and North Carolina, is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Civil Litigation Defense department in its Jacksonville office. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of civil litigation experience with defense experience strongly preferred.

About the Role:

As an Associate Attorney for Law Firm’s Civil Litigation Defense department, you will have the opportunity to direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings and negotiate settlements. Associates will also be able to assist with and lead trials. Areas of practice include: premises liability, first and third-party property, construction defect, products liability, insurance, general liability, and automobile liability (PIP, BI, UM/UIM, ECL).

Current member of the Florida Bar in good standing
