Law Firm is seeking a highly experienced Fund/Securities Transactional Attorney to join their team in one of their Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas offices. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience with fund formation, governance and transactions and/or securities matters.

- 7+ years of experience with fund formation, governance and transactions and/or securities matters
- Applicable bar admission
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

**Compensation and Benefits**

Law Firm offers a competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits program for the Fund/Securities Transactional Attorney. Salary is commensurate with experience and is in the range of $250,000 to $325,000.
