Job Title: Mid-Senior Level Associate - Global Corporate

Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Mid-Senior Level Associate to join our prestigious Global Corporate team in New York. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the top private equity and corporate clients in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

As a Mid-Senior Level Associate in our Global Corporate department, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of M&A and general corporate matters, gaining valuable experience and exposure to complex and high-profile transactions. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in M&A and general corporate matters, up to 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with partners and senior associates on M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transactional documents, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on legal and regulatory issues
- Advise clients on general corporate matters, such as corporate governance, securities regulations, and compliance
- Participate in business development and client relationship management activities, including pitches and presentations
- Mentor and supervise junior associates and assist in their professional development

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&A and general corporate matters
- Admitted to practice law in New York
- Strong academic credentials from a top law school
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Compensation:
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $260,000 - $435,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous vacation and parental leave policies.
