Senior Litigation Counsel, Enforcement - Any FINRA Location Salary Information: - Minimum salary ranges from $127,300 to $152,700, depending on location. - Maximum salary ranges from $246,600 to $296,100, depending on location. - Actual compensation is based on various factors, including candidate's skill set, experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons. Job Title: Senior Litigation Counsel Experience Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience. - First-chair trial experience. - Comprehensive knowledge of trial techniques and federal securities laws. H1: Senior Litigation Counsel, Enforcement - Any FINRA Location H2: Essential Job Functions Essential Job Functions: - Represent FINRA in complex disciplinary proceedings. - Represent FINRA in non-disciplinary hearings and litigation. - Draft, review, and finalize legal documents. - Provide guidance and advice to Member Supervision and Member Application Program. - Oversee pre-hearing tasks and ensure team members are adequately prepared. - Conduct litigation consults and counsel staff on potential litigation concerns. - Conduct legal research and prepare advocacy documents. - Negotiate settlements with respondents and their attorneys. - Collaborate with staff across FINRA as appropriate.
