This position requires zero to five years of transactional experience and a strong interest in community development transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTCs), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs), and/or renewable energy investment tax credits (RETCs). Experience with NMTCs, HTCs, and RETCs is helpful but not required. Candidates with commercial real estate experience, commercial lending experience, structured finance and/or general federal income tax experience would also be well-suited for this position. is required.
