Responsibilities:

- Acquire knowledge and develop trial skills through increased litigation complexity.
- Draft legal documents and attend court events under the supervision of experienced counsel.
- Learn and understand customer expectations and key department goals.
- Provide recommendations and case analysis to business partners.
- Effectively utilize support staff and adhere to best practices in file management.
- Travel as required to meet business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Active license in good standing to practice law in the state(s) of representation.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
- Ability to clearly and succinctly articulate position.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal work.
- Strong research skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Sense of urgency and responsiveness.
